Shipping
How long will it take to ship my order?
All domestic orders take approximately 10-12 business days for delivery from the date of order.
How do I track my order?
Once processed and shipped, orders can be tracked using the tracking number provided on our website. An e-mail is sent to the customer after the order is shipped with this tracking number along with the service provider information.
How much will shipping cost?
Domestic Orders: We offer free shipping on all pre-paid domestic orders and displayed product prices are inclusive of all taxes and duties.
COD orders are chargeable at INR150/-
International Orders: Shipping is chargeable. Please email us at contact@ava-lux.com or WhatsApp us at +919137977721 for international shipping.
Could I change the shipping address of the order?
Yes! Please email us at contact@ava-lux.com or WhatsApp us at +91 9137977721 to change the shipping address. Please note, the shipping address can only be changed if the order has not yet been dispatched.
What if I am not home when the package is delivered?
Our delivery agents will attempt to deliver the package two times before it is returned to us. Please provide your complete & accurate address including zip code and mobile number to ensure a seamless and quick delivery.
Returns and Exchanges
What is AVA’s policy on returns and exchanges?
We follow the highest quality control standards and ensure that each product is made with the care and workmanship that our customers expect. We have a no return & no exchange policy as with most accessories.
However, we value each of our customers and customer satisfaction is of utmost importance. In case you are unhappy with the product or it reaches you in damaged condition, please email us at contact@ava-lux.com or contact us at +91 9137977721 and we will be happy to assist.
In case of damage, we will provide an exchange/refund upon return and verification of the product.
Please ensure that the product has not been used and the appropriate documentation has been maintained prior to returning the product(s). Only after careful review of the returned product by our quality team, will the decision to exchange the product be made. The return offer is only valid on products purchased at full price and not applicable on products purchased during a special promotion or sale.
Are in-store returns or exchanges allowed for online purchases?
Online purchases cannot be returned or exchanged in our stores.

Which payment methods do you accept?
For domestic transactions, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including MasterCard, Visa & American Express) and provide Net Banking Option across major banks.
Do you have a “cash on delivery” option?
Yes, we offer cash on delivery facility for a convenience fee of Rs.150.

Do you take bulk/wholesale orders for gifting?
Yes, we do take bulk orders for gifting. In such cases, we like to talk/meet with the client(s) to understand what they are looking for and can customize based on their budgets and requirements. For wholesale orders please contact our team at +91 9137977721.
Can I customize an AVA bag?
Yes, you can customise any of our designs to the colour of your choice, on the basis of the availability of the raw material. Customizing will take about 3-4 weeks so do place your order well in advance!
Does AVA have a retail outlet?
At this moment, we don’t have a retail outlet of our own. But, you can find our collection in multi-designer stores such as Project Tete-A-Tete at Bandra and The Akashii store at Karjat, Maharashtra.
