Shipping

We offer free shipping within India. The approximate delivery time is 10-12 working days, depending on the availability. A tracking code will be provided in the confirmation email once the order has been dispatched.

We offer cash on delivery facility for a convenience fee of Rs.150.

We also provide express delivery on a case-to-case basis, depending on your location, additional charges will be applicable for the same. To request express delivery please contact our team on +91 9137977721. Express delivery will be chargeable on case to case basis depending on the delivery location.  

We have tie-ups with the top logistic firms in India who make sure that your goods are handed over in good condition, right at the convenience of your doorstep.

Our courier partners will attempt to deliver to your shipping address two times if you are unavailable. They will also get in touch with you on the phone or via e-mail, please keep a look out for such correspondence. 

We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been dispatched. 

Returns

We have a no return & no exchange policy as with most accessories.

However, we value each of our customers and customer satisfaction is of utmost importance. In case you are unhappy with the product or it reaches you in damaged condition, please email us at contact@ava-lux.com or contact us on +91 9137977721 and we will be happy to assist.

In case of damage, we will provide an exchange/refund upon return and verification of the product.
